What this directory stores

Vendor accounts store your name, email, and a hashed password. Company listings store the business details and media you submit. Quote requests store your contact information, event details, selected companies, consent record, and submission time. Vendors can add private notes and lead stages.

Who sees a quote request

The companies you explicitly select and directory administrators can access your inquiry. Your contact details are not published as part of a company profile. Each selected provider receives a separate copy and may contact you directly about the request.

Cookies and device storage

Session cookies support sign-in, form security, and limited repeat-view counting. Your comparison shortlist is saved in your browser’s local storage. Clearing the shortlist removes that saved selection. We count profile views and contact clicks; these counters do not establish unique-person traffic.

Service providers and retention

Hosting and configured email providers process data needed to operate the directory. Account, inquiry, and moderation records remain stored until removed by an administrator; automatic deletion is not currently enabled. Avoid including sensitive personal information in quote requests or claim evidence.

Affiliate links

Some pages and blog posts may include disclosed affiliate links. Branded /go/ links redirect to external partner websites. We count redirect requests by link and day without storing visitor IP addresses or referrers in those analytics. Partner websites may have their own tracking and privacy policies.

Your requests

Contact [email protected] to request access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify your identity. Providers may retain communications you send them separately under their own policies.
